Pretty In Pink Tags

There are so many of us who look forward to Saturday, I know I do because it's so enjoyable to see what's posted at Beverly's How Sweet the Sound for Pink Saturday. This week's featured guest is Karen and she has beautiful photography to share.

This Pink Saturday I am sharing some pink tags that were made with lace and ribbons! I am busy making a few changes and moving things about....and thought it would be fun to create some tags and decorate them with some pretty lace and ribbons to give away!

Perfect for ATC embellishments or other small collage embellishments.

Each tag has a variety of lace and ribbon in different colors that can be used to create modern or vintage projects. The width of the trims are narrow to medium which will make them perfect to use in many ways! How would you use them? Perhaps on an ATC, or maybe an Inchie or Twinchie? Maybe on a fiber collage?
The tags are so pretty, too! They can be used as substrates for your next tag project!

To win this beautiful collection of three tags, just leave a comment and tell me what you would use this variety of ribbons and laces to embellish.
Be sure to leave me a link so I can contact you!
I will picking a random winner on Friday night from among the comments and will announce the winner next Pink Saturday!

  1. You did a very nice job on your tags. I have never done that, but see a lot on the various blogs.

  2. Happy Pink Saturday Sweetie...
What a beautiful share and a generous heart to give away such gorgeous laces and trims.

I love making ATC cards and making scrapbook pages, so I would put these to good use on my projects, and maybe a little collage or two.

Thank you for the wonderful opportunity. Country hugs, Sherry

  3. Such beautiful tags. I also love making ATC cards, they can be turned into so many different things. I especially love to add them to packages.

  4. I would probably use them on my felted journals. Love the colors !!

  5. Hi PaintedLady89 -- This is awfully sweet of you to give these lovely tags to another aspiring "lady in painting" much like "lady in waiting" The question to me would be -- what couldn't you embellish with these laces/ribbons because I'd use them in collages, art journaling, card making, scrapbooking, sewing, felting, hand stitching, journal covers, felted purses, crazy quilting, fabric art, wearable art, digital photos/collage, have I left anything out? Oh, I'd use the tag they were wrapped around too, but first I'd hang them on my dreamboard; too pretty to use right away. Blessings Terri thanks for sharing/inspiring. -- And you don't have to have me as an entry; I just like your blog!

  6. These are so beautiful! And what a clever idea! I would use these in collage work and probably in some of my art journaling. thanks for the opportunity, and I'm so glad the excitement of a giveaway got me to your blog, I will be back!
    xoxo Dana

  7. OMG!!!! What beautiful ribbon and lace. I would love to win even one of these. I make cards (vintage) and do ATC's. What a wonderful piece to add to these. It is so nice of you to share I enjoy your blog and wish you the best. Will keep my fingers crossed. Have a wonderful day. Sandy

  8. I really wish I had the ribbons NOW! I'm doing a swap and that would make a great hat! It's the right size, the right color, the right everything.

The gold edges are just like the ribbon in a real hat that I'm using for inspiration. That ribbon belongs with me. ;-)

  9. Hi Gigi,

What lovely tags and ribbons! Thanks for the chance to win them. I would use them in any kind of mixed media project -- mostly though on ATCs and cards. :)

    Happy creating,

  10. Love your tags - I also use lace and cover an ATC with it - use it as a stencil and stain over it (cool designs) - and imbed lace into encaustic art. Ribbon- well - if it does not move - I put ribbon on it :) Diana B

  11. Lovely ribbons and trim! I'm also into ATC and inchies, recently trying to sew small projects like small bayesgs. I would use them on these.

  12. I would use them on my ATc and the cards i make for the solidesr.

  13. Hi PL. Thanks for the beautiful give-away. I love lace on cards and atcs. Also, I have really been into fabrics lately (my creative start) and lace is beautiful on just about everything. McStamper (

  14. I actually have a swap coming up called "Trim and Treasure" tags-where I need to create a tag using fun trims and tiny treasures. These trims would be perfect for that!! I'd definately use the rest on ATC's, Inchies and other future projects!! I also love to decorate my craft room, jars, boxes, etc with fun trims as well!!

  15. I'm really into making Chubby ATCs right now - you know, wooden blocks decorated on all EIGHT surfaces . . . the laces and ribbons would be perfect for a Spring or an Easter Chubby. They remind me of the sweet Easter bonnets and dresses all the little girls wear along with their little white shoes and frilly anklet stockings.
